Established by Bulent Alver and Altug Alver in 2005, Brikon Yapı went into action within the structure of Alver Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and made its mark in the construction of many villas and buildings and collective housing and renovation jobs.
Within the scope of the works carried out in coordination between the contract offices in Istanbul and New Jersey and the central office in Ankara, Brikon specialized in the construction of collective housing and villa, campus, education, factory and hospital premises and the renovation of historical buildings.
Thanks to experience it gained over the years, Brikon Yapı constructs modern design, safe and quality buildings that challenge to negative effects of time, and make not concessions on the quality in private sector and public works it undertakes.
In order to make a name for itself with respect and appreciation as a model company in the sector, Brikon Yapı adopts leaving permanent works behind as a principle and carries on its works in accordance with the relevant standards and specifications. The Company also delivers the works it undertook on time and shows respect to nature and humans at every stage of production.
As of 2015, Brikon Yapı maintains urban transformation projects in Besiktas, Kadikoy, Sisli and Bagdat Avenue, the most prestigious places of Istanbul, and constructs buildings and villas in Ankara. Expanding overseas with its successful projects, Brikon continues renovations and villa constructions in New Jersey, Atlantic City and New York.
