Established by Bulent Alver and Altug Alver in 2005, Brikon Yapı went into action within the structure of Alver Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and made its mark in the construction of many villas and buildings and collective housing and renovation jobs.

By the year 2015, Brikon Yapi keeps carrying out urban transformation projects in Besiktas, Kadikoy, Sisli and Baghdad Street, the most prestigious places of Istanbul, and constructs buildings and villas in Ankara. Expanding overseas with its successful projects, Brikon continues its renovation and villa construction works in New Jersey, Atlantic City and New York.
